I'm a makeup artist, product reviewer, and image consultant. Growing up, I never expected to work in the beauty business, but I always knew my life's calling would involve finding an outlet for my creativity and helping others. My love of makeup began when I was heavily involved in theatre, and stage makeup has remained one of my passions.

After studying creative writing and nutrition in college, I worked for many of the top cosmetics companies on the market--both in retail and as a freelance artist. My experience helping women struggle with the role of cosmetics in their daily routine shaped my career path to what it is today. Although I love creating beauty, I find helping others cultivate it on their own even more rewarding.

I hope my insight can help all of you become informed consumers in a culture with so many mixed messages. Moreover, I'd like to help new models in local and secondary markets embark on rewarding careers in the fashion and beauty world where accurate and helpful advice is hard to come by.
